How far are you willing to go outside your service areas?

I will go out of my service areas to anywhere, as long as you understand there is a call out rate that needs to be paid.

Are the prices negotiable?

All my prices are negotiable, to an extent, but everything I charge can be put on a payment plan.

What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debt cards, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or cash.

If you can’t fix or diagnose my car’s issue do I still need to pay?

You do not need to pay the diagnostic or repair cost. But you do still need to pay my call out fee, because that covers the wear and tear on company vehicles.

If you need to make trips down over multiple days does the cost go up?

The only cost that would go up if it was a multiple day repair job would be the call out, and that would only go up by the half the normal rate.
