Terms and Conditions of Service
Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of services, unless prior written arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit, Debit, Venmo, Cash App, Pay Pal.
If payment is refused, declined, or not received as agreed:
The unpaid balance will be considered delinquent.
The account may be turned over to a licensed collection agency.
Legal action may be filed in an Indiana court, including Small Claims Court, to recover the unpaid balance.
The customer agrees to be responsible for the outstanding balance plus any applicable late fees, court costs, filing fees, service fees, collection costs, and any other reasonable expenses incurred in the process of recovering the debt, as permitted under Indiana law.
Callout/Dry Run Policy:
Because this is a mobile service business, travel time and scheduling are part of each appointment.
Customer Not On Site / Late Cancellation:
If I arrive at the scheduled location and the customer is not present, the vehicle is unavailable, or the service is canceled after I have already departed, the agreed call-out fee will be charged. This is considered a dry run, and the call-out fee must be paid in full.
Advance Notice:
Appointments canceled or rescheduled prior to departure will not be subject to a dry run fee.
Warranty Policy:
No refunds will be provided for work completed or services performed listed in the Invoice. All services and repairs are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service.
This warranty applies only to repairs and parts provided by A Raven's Chance.
This warranty does not apply to any vehicle or component that has been repaired, modified, or otherwise serviced by another party after work has been performed by A Raven's Chance, where such work affects the original repair or related components.
This limitation does not apply if it is determined that the issue is directly caused by defective workmanship or parts supplied by A Raven's Chance. In such cases, warranty coverage remains in effect for the original repair only.
A Raven's Chance must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and approve any warranty-related repairs prior to work being performed by another party. Failure to obtain such authorization may result in denial of warranty coverage.
Customer Supplied Parts Policy:
Parts provided by the customer are installed at the customer’s request and risk. A Raven's Chance makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, fit, or performance of any customer-supplied parts.
A Raven's Chance shall not be responsible for the failure of customer-supplied parts or for any additional labor, diagnostics, or related costs required due to defects, incompatibility, or failure of such parts.
Any warranty provided applies only to labor performed and to parts supplied by A Raven's Chance.
